who purchase an entrance ticket for that day.

The £2 NVR Single Fare - Is intended to be just for the shuttle services and anyone planning to use the train for the Festival should first plan using those times.
If it gets overcrowded then the NVR may look at some discretion to use the service train but festival goers should aim to use shuttles only...
